If the electoral college was abolished…..
If the Electoral College was abolished, the qualification to vote in a Presiential Election should be this: They should go over state by state and pick the most popular vote summed up in the whole 50 states for the Vice President and President. After all, if the Electoral College was abolished, the only group left would be the people.
